Spacious apartment in the city center!-#09

Positive: The apartment was a decent size and had most of the amenities needed. It is located in the middle of town with a lot of restaurants and bars close by... the landlord was communicative and allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout, which helped a lot... Negative: There are no elevators in the building so dragging your luggage up 2 floors was no easy feat... also the entrance and staircase was run down and dirty and did not give a good impression but once you got on the actual floors, the decor and upkeep was good... there was a lot of noise from homeless people walking up and down the street, late at night..

Aparts have a great location- 15 minutes walk to Old Quebec. Easy instructions to get in were provided. It has all necessary in kitchen except paper towels. Some drawbacks: we booked it for 4 people, the sets of towels were provided only for two, second bed set wasn't fresh. The shower worked not good and the shower curtain should be changed as it looked like garbage. A lot of rusty and mold in washroom (loft #9)
