No sleep due to smell and noise Positive: Nothing Negative: Absolutely filthy. Bedding smelled like body odour and sweat. Stains on pillow, sheets, comforter, and towel. Floors and cabinets very dusty and comes with previous guest's old socks. Window is a sheet plexiglass and you cannot close the real window. Street is noisy due to bars and restaurants below and homeless people yelling and screaming. Other minor issues which are not exactly dealbreakers: No elevator and you may need to walk up to 3rd floor in very narrow stairs. Parking is very inconvenient as free street parking gets taken up fast so realistically you have to use a paid lot 3 minutes away. General lack of maintenance - duct taped window, duct taped flooring, wobbly furniture, saggy mattress, mildew/mold in shower. Common space like stairs and hallway very dirty. I have been to many places and stayed in budget accommodations, but nothing like this. Polyester bedding is okay but smelling like someone else's sweat and body odour is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

c'est malheureusement la première et dernière fois que je réservais à cet endroit. Positive: Que je ne restais que deux nuits. Negative: L'isolation était horrible, j'entendais autant les discussions des voisins que les cris des ittinérants à l'extérieur qui m'ont empêché de dormir. La propreté était également médiocre, surtout au niveau des planchers.

a good place to stay Positive: the room was spacious and clean, had everything I needed. Negative: Only thing I didn't like, it was dark going up stairs and couldn't see. They eventually fixed the lighting before I left.

Very comfortable stay Positive: Quaint ,cozy ,cute room Negative: Could have provided a hot water kettle

Close to the old city Positive: The self check-in was easy and convenient. Everything was as described, and the response from the host was quick and clear. Fifteen minutes walk to the old city.
