Cozy loft in the city center!-#13

Positive: Bonne situation en basse ville Negative: Studio qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement, de même que les parties communes. Les lockers annoncés pour le stockage des bagages sont trop peu sécurisés : il s'agit de casiers en bois fin avec une simple clé (tous les casiers n'en avaient d'ailleurs pas).

Good value and location Positive: The value is incredible, and it's located right in the heart of Quebec City. Everything is close by. There was an issue with the fridge when I arrived, and the owners fixed it quickly and without any fuss. The place was clean, with plenty of fluffy towels. Negative: The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and I woke up with an achy back. But maybe it's my back that's incompatible with the mattress, and maybe your back will be, so I don't mind it too much. The big issue is that the rooms aren't properly soundproofed. I heard people snoring from other rooms, which was annoying. And knowing I'm a "snore-zilla" myself, I feel bad for potentially ruining other people's night of sleep.

The parking was not free as advertised. The room was nice but the door was broken the entirety of our stay and despite communicating about it, it was not fixed during the trip. Other than that the room was very nice and had everything we needed but the door overshadowed a lot of the experience.
