Le logement est bien aménagé et bien situé. Positive: Très bien agencé. Proche du centre. Cuisine fonctionnelle. Possibilité de stocker nos bagages dans des casiers. Negative: Le matelas était creux au milieu. Douche bouchée. Drap house taché. Mal insonorisé.

Expérience peu agréable... Positive: Le confort de la literie ! Negative: Manque d'équipement en cuisine, flexible de la douche H.S., fuites d'eau au niveau du plafond en Sdb et aucune réception chaînes TV, escaliers accédant au logement très sale et odeurs incommodantes et mauvaise insonorisation du logement...

Appartement bien pour un court séjour sans être à cheval sur la propreté, l’isolation et le confort. Positive: Hôte réactif par message, cuisine avec tout ce qu’il faut à disposition, logement spacieux, bon emplacement pour se rendre rapidement à Vieux Québec. Fait la faire pour un séjour de 3jours. Negative: L’appartement aurait besoin d’être rénové, isolation sonore et thermique très mauvaise. Manque de propreté et d’entretien dans l’immeuble.
