Loft a few steps from Old Quebec! -#6

Positive: The value for money is excellent! It is reasonably clean and accomodations are fine. The location is great.

Despite the not ideal location I was very happy with my stay I hope to be able to book it again soon Positive: I enjoyed the simple and industrial interior decor of the place, looked very nice. The bed was very comfortable I enjoyed sleeping in it, the kitchenette was very nice, the microwave oven is big and effective, I made good use of the mini fridge. I think adding a large rug in the bedroom or under the bed would create a more cozy and welcoming atmosphere as well as making better use of the large empty space on the floor Negative: the freezer door part of the mini fridge was obstructed entirely by a massive block of ice and I was unable to properly chill my alcoholic beverages or keep any actual ice properly cold. There was no dish soap just an empty container and it might be good to add an air febreeze spray in the bathroom. The location of the place is disastrous honestly but I understand there isn’t much that can be done about that. The street where this property is located is flooded with homeless people, on my walk from the property to the grocery store at the end of the road I was approached by 3 homeless men

Superficial cleaning only, terrible bed, cold and echoey room, dirty hallways, no parking. Positive: location. Negative: Our car was towed away in the night (and a wheel ripped completly off) while parked in front of the hotel. We recieved an email at 01:30 AM saying that there would be snow removal in the night and at 2 AM we were towed away by savages that broke the vehicle. There were no signs on that street advising that snow removal would happen and honestly, who sends emails at 1h30 in the morning a half hour before guests have to take action? Why we we not warned ahead of time? No phone line to speak with anyone either... all around horrible experience. Never, ever will i go back and i will tell people to avoid the lofts in St Rock neighborhood.

Nous recommandons le logement Positive: Le logement est tel que sur les photos. Il est spacieux pour un studio. La douche est top et l’eau bien chaude. Le logement est proche de la gare. Il est bien équiper pour cuisiner. Negative: Peu insonorisé sur le couloir et autres logements. La rue est calme le soir/la nuit
